Hélène Thiers, founder of Minute Papillote

A little about me…

Hi, I’m Hélène!

I grew up in France, where the best moments always seemed to happen around the family table. That’s where my love of cooking began.

Years later, while staying home with my kids, I decided to take it further. I trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse and earned a professional diploma in French pastry.

Since then, we’ve lived in Belgium, the Czech Republic, and Singapore, and we now call Houston home. Everywhere we lived, I discovered new flavors, dishes, and ways of cooking. I share them here, adapted for cooking in the U.S., with tips on finding less common ingredients.
