d&rsquo;aneth, qui ne vous demandera que deux ingr\u00e9dients : un bouquet d&rsquo;aneth (on s&rsquo;en doutait) ainsi que de l&rsquo;huile. J&rsquo;avoue que j&rsquo;ai l&rsquo;habitude d&rsquo;utiliser de l&rsquo;huile neutre (p\u00e9pins de raisin, mais aussi colza par exemple) ; mais on pourrait aussi essayer cette recette avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive &#8211; certes, un peu plus riche en go\u00fbt, mais dont la saveur fruit\u00e9e conviendra bien \u00e0 l&rsquo;aneth. Un avantage &#8211; et un inconv\u00e9nient possible &#8211; \u00e0 cette manipulation :<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">le mixeur, par action m\u00e9canique va faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile, ce qui convient bien \u00e0 notre recette car <strong>l&rsquo;huile chaude capte mieux les saveurs<\/strong> d&rsquo;un ingr\u00e9dient, comme ici l&rsquo;aneth. Chez moi, l&rsquo;huile parfum\u00e9e monte en temp\u00e9rature jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 45\u00b0environ. Pas de risque de brulure !<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">mais le mixeur lui-m\u00eame pourrait ne pas appr\u00e9cier tout ce travail demand\u00e9 &#8211; en bref, <em>chauffer lui-m\u00eame<\/em>.
