Une l\u00e9gumineuse (la lentille corail), un ol\u00e9agineux (le s\u00e9same), un peu de citron, d&rsquo;ail, de cumin, une pointe de sel &#8211; voil\u00e0 les seuls (et <strong>sains<\/strong>) ingr\u00e9dients de cette pr\u00e9paration. d&rsquo;ailleurs pourrait aussi s&rsquo;\u00e9crire houmous\/houmos\/hommos\/hummus&#8230; toutes les combinaisons sont possibles) &#8211; un houmous donc, est originellement une <strong>pur\u00e9e de pois chiche<\/strong> agr\u00e9ment\u00e9e de pur\u00e9e de s\u00e9same, le <strong>tahini<\/strong>. Mais vivons avec notre temps, le terme est d\u00e9sormais bien plus large et d\u00e9signe maintenant une pr\u00e9paration tartinable \u00e0 laquelle on ajoute du tahini. Et comme nous sommes dans un monde qui bouge (et c&rsquo;est tant mieux&#8230;), le terme pourrait bien encore s&rsquo;\u00e9largir &#8211; on se donne rendez-vous dans quelques ann\u00e9es !<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il n&rsquo;en reste pas moins qu&rsquo;avec ce houmous lentilles corail, on a tout ce qu&rsquo;on aime dans un houmous traditionnel :<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">une <strong>saveur orientale<\/strong>, avec notamment du<strong> cumin<\/strong>, et bien sur du<strong> tahini<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">de <strong>notes de fraicheur<\/strong> avec du jus <strong>citron<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">et bien s\u00fbr une <strong>texture douce et moelleuse<\/strong>, suffisamment dense pour faire <strong>trempette avec un b\u00e2tonnet de carotte<\/strong>, mais pas trop non plus, pour pouvoir aussi tartiner facilement une tranche de pain (<strong>pita<\/strong> par exemple, <strong>miam
