C&rsquo;est tout ce qu&rsquo;il faut pour pr\u00e9parer son propre m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices tajine\u2026 et ne plus jamais revenir aux sachets du commerce.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Le tajine fait partie des plats que nous pr\u00e9parons tr\u00e8s souvent \u00e0 la maison. Longtemps, j&rsquo;ai achet\u00e9 mon m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices tajine sans m\u00eame y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir. Puis nous sommes partis vivre plusieurs ann\u00e9es \u00e0 Singapour &#8211; et l\u00e0, impossible de retrouver celui que j&rsquo;utilisais habituellement. Apr\u00e8s tout, le Maghreb et Singapour ne sont pas vraiment voisins ! J&rsquo;ai donc commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 composer mon propre m\u00e9lange, par n\u00e9cessit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je ne reviendrais en arri\u00e8re pour rien au monde. Bien s\u00fbr, c\u2019est aussi plus \u00e9conomique. Mais ce que j\u2019appr\u00e9cie surtout, c\u2019est de pouvoir ajuster les proportions selon la viande, la saison ou simplement mon humeur : un peu plus de cannelle pour une version plus douce, davantage de gingembre pour un tajine plus tonique, une pointe de piment quand j\u2019ai envie de
