lamentablement une bonne partie de la chair du rhizome (car oui, <em>le gingembre n&rsquo;est ni une racine, ni m\u00eame un tubercule<\/em>. Le gingembre est bien un<em> rhizome<\/em> &#8211; c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire une tige souterraine, qui donc porte racines et bourgeons).
