style=\"color: #000000;\">Pr\u00e9parez les premiers ingr\u00e9dients :<strong> menthe, citron vert, sucre de canne<\/strong> (ici la recette est avec du sucre en poudre &#8211; j&rsquo;adore le croustillant des grains de sucre dans un cocktail &#8211; mais vous pouvez tout autant utiliser du sucre liquide). Les mettre dans un <strong>grand verre type tumbler<\/strong> (verre \u00e0 whisky)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un <strong>pilon<\/strong> ou tout simplement d&rsquo;une cuiller \u00e0 soupe, \u00e9craser l&rsquo;ensemble. Essayer de bien appuyer sur les tiges de menthe, partie <strong>tr\u00e8s aromatique<\/strong> de la plante, et de ne pas trop \u00e9craser les feuilles. Pourquoi ? Parce qu&rsquo;elles risqueraient de se d\u00e9chirer et une fois en bouche, et bien&#8230; bof, bof.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ajouter le <strong>sirop de fraise, le rhum et l&rsquo;eau gazeuse<\/strong>. \u00a0Il y a parfois de grands d\u00e9bats sur la qualit\u00e9 de rhum \u00e0 utiliser pour un mojito (et oui, c&rsquo;est un sujet tr\u00e8s s\u00e9rieux !), mais personnellement je trouve que lorsque le mojito est aromatis\u00e9, comme ici \u00e0 la fraise, cela a moins d&rsquo;importance. Je prends donc un rhum milieu de gamme, blanc. Du fruit, peu de sucre et c&rsquo;est (presque) tout. Et ce n&rsquo;est vraiment pas compliqu\u00e9 !
