Sans oublier de nombreux sels min\u00e9raux et oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments : calcium, magn\u00e9sium, potassium. Mais aussi le zinc, le fer, etc&#8230; Bref, on sait qu&rsquo;on a choisi le bon ingr\u00e9dient pour ce d\u00e9licieux velout\u00e9 vegan ! D&rsquo;ailleurs si vous cherchez d&rsquo;autres id\u00e9es de soupes avec cette super l\u00e9gumineuse, vous pouvez aller faire un tour chez ma copine Chantal avec notamment sa <a href=\"https:\/\/lesmenusplaisir.com\/veloute-de-courge-et-de-lentilles-corail\/\">soupe de courge et lentilles corail<\/a>. Un d\u00e9lice !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le velout\u00e9 vegan carottes et lentilles corail est aussi une soupe rassasiante, lorsqu&rsquo;elle est servie en plat unique, si on la pr\u00e9pare en texture \u00e9paisse. Ou au contraire elle peut faire office de coupe-faim peu calorique avant un plat plus cons\u00e9quent &#8211; il suffit d&rsquo;ajouter du liquide de cuisson en mixant le velout\u00e9. Je ne sais pas chez vous, mais chez moi le terme \u00ab\u00a0corv\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb de vaisselle prend tout son sens&#8230; Alors si juste une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper, un couteau, une casserole et un mixeur plongeant peuvent faire l&rsquo;affaire, nous sommes RAVIS ! On peut donc la cuisiner pour plusieurs repas.
