En effet on y trouve :<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>juste des l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> : de l&rsquo;oignon, de la courgette, du kale (\u00e7a tombe sous le sens !)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>avec un peu de fruit<\/strong> : 1\/2 pomme<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>et \u00e0 peine de mati\u00e8re grasse<\/strong> : en quantit\u00e9 suffisante pour faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon et la courgette pour un petit go\u00fbt umami de \u00ab\u00a0grill\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; mais pas plus ! Si le l\u00e9gume venu du froid (<em>saviez vous qu&rsquo;il se r\u00e9colte uniquement \u00e0 partir des premi\u00e8res gel\u00e9es ?<\/em>), peut parfois avoir un go\u00fbt assez marqu\u00e9, on <strong>\u00a0l&rsquo;adoucit<\/strong> dans cette recette :<\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">en y ajoutant un peu de <strong>pomme<\/strong>. Essayez aussi avec de la <strong>poire<\/strong>, l&rsquo;accord est parfait !<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">vous pouvez ajouter du <strong>lait<\/strong> juste avant de servir, ou bien alors faire cuire la soupe dans un m\u00e9lange <strong>moiti\u00e9 eau \/ moiti\u00e9 lait<\/strong>. Les plus gourmands opteront pour <strong>un trait de cr\u00e8me<\/strong> vers\u00e9 sur la soupe au moment de servir \ud83d\ude09<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">et puis on peut aussi ajouter des<strong> graines<\/strong> de tournesol ou de citrouille. Voire des \u00e9clats de <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.minutepapillote.com\/crackers-graines\/\">crackers aux graines<\/a> ou des <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.minutepapillote.com\/chips-chou-kale\/\">chips de chou kale<\/a> .
